Testing in Long Beach is available for people with symptoms, such as fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Same or next day appointments are available from 10:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m., 7 days a week, unless otherwise noted.

For users of In Home Supportive Services (IHSS), The Personal Assistance Services Council will be having IHSS Timesheet Trainings to show how to fill out the timesheets, and give users an opportunity to ask questions.

This form was developed in conjunction with Emergency Room (ER) and hospital physicians, individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and parent advocates. It is designed to be an informational support tool for individuals with I/DD who may need to go to the ER or be hospitalized due to symptoms of COVID-19.
