DESCRIPTION:In collaboration with the Southeast Family Resource Center\, TASK Los Angeles \nThis workshop provides an overview of Early Start services and the transition from Part C to Part B at age three. Part C covers Early Intervention services for children from birth to age three\, while Part B begins at age three and provides school-based special education through an IEP. Learn what to expect at your first IEP meeting\, understand key special education terms and procedural safeguards\, and get practical tips to support a smooth transition for your child. \nRegistration is required – due to space is limited. \nParking lot entrance is on Rosecrans\, at Cesar Chavez Elementary.
