DESCRIPTION:This orientation is intended for families of individuals receiving services of all ages who are considering moving out of the family home into a different kind of living arrangement.  We present this session as the first formal step towards that move. \nIn this orientation\, we will: \n\nReview options that exist for family members who need or want to move out of the family home.\nExplore what you and your family member can expect when they move into one of these options.\nAnswer any questions you may have about alternative living arrangements.\n\nThese presentations will be in English and held via Zoom. \nInformation to Include in Registration:  name of the participant\, name of the individual served\, name of the Service Coordinator\, phone number\, and email address to add to the registration. \nThe deadline to register is Monday\, July 13\, 2026. & October 19\, 2026 A Zoom link will be sent to the email the Friday before the orientation.
