Effective January 1, 2023, minimum wage increased to $15.50 per hour as part of Senate Bill (SB) 3. Harbor Regional Center service providers may be eligible for a rate adjustment so they can pay employees the new minimum wage. Rate adjustment requests must be submitted by March 1, 2023.
These rates are separate from benchmark rate model, with the exception of Community Care Facilities. The following service codes 505, 510, 515, 520, 525, 805, 862 and/or 954 will submit directly to the Department of Developmental Services. For rates set by the Regional Center through negotiation, service providers will work directly with Harbor Regional Center, if applicable to the new minimum wage increase. Please contact Leticia.Mendoza@harborrc.org for required forms for submission review.
