Medication Concerns

This presentation will educate families and providers concerning common medications, the side effects or adverse effects from these medications, and the lab monitoring that is recommended during drug therapy from certain medications.  This presentation will also go over pharmacy red flags or important points concerning certain medications, and then answer any questions or concerns that families or the homes may have.  The main goal of the presentation is to empower and encourage families and home providers to have a good discussion with the doctors concerning medications, not only by discussing about benefits of medications, but also the risks involved.
