The Harbor Regional Center Community of Practice (CoP) is an opportunity to learn about person-centered thinking practices and the Home and Community-Based Service (HCBS) quality standards through connection and community. For this in-person Deep Dive, we will focus on Having Privacy, Dignity, and Respect (HCBS Requirement #3) and Having Respect and Privacy (HCBS Requirement #7).
