HCBS and Your Rights and Envisioning Your HCBS Rights

We are excited to invite you and the people you support to Envisioning Your HCBS Rights, a special event designed to empower individuals with disabilities to better understand their rights and envision their future.

Two Interactive Sessions in One Day:

• Session 1: HCBS and Your Rights
  9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  Learn about Home and Community-Based Services rights in an engaging, hands-on way. Breakfast sandwiches, coffee, and water provided.
• Lunch (for Session 2 participants)
  11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Session 2: Vision Boarding
  12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
  Participants will create and take home a personal vision board to inspire their future.

This event, provided by ALO Consultation in partnership with Harbor Regional Center, offers practical tools and meaningful activities to help clients gain confidence, self-advocacy skills, and a clearer vision for their goals.

Who Should Attend:
These sessions are designed for people with disabilities. Support staff are welcome if support is needed.

By strengthening understanding of HCBS rights and supporting personal goal-setting, this event helps clients build independence and live fuller, more self-directed lives.
