Community of Practice Coaching Circle: Partnering to Support People Creatively

Coaching Circles are an opportunity to participate in small group conversations to share ideas and strategies on topics identified by members of our Community of Practice.

Coaching Circles are open to anyone including those we serve, their families and circles of support, service providers, and Harbor staff. This round of Coaching Circles we will be focusing on HCBS requirements #5 (Choosing Supports & Who Provides Them) and #10 (Accessibility at Home).

Sessions are held via ZOOM. Registration is required.
