As of March 2026, Harbor Regional Center did not meet all the required caseload ratios mandated by Welfare & Institutions Code (WIC) section 4640.6(c) and Article IX, Section 2 of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-26 Regional Center Contract.

A caseload ratio measures the number of individuals assigned to one Service Coordinator. Harbor’s caseload ratios are higher in some areas.
