Harbor Regional Center is excited to collaborate with Helen Sanderson Associates. This training is specifically designed for Harbor staff and direct service providers. During this remote practical program, we will explore strategies to enhance your professional skills and effectiveness, strengthen relationships with your colleagues, reduce stress and increase well-being, and contribute to a more positive and productive work environment.

• Certificates of completion are awarded when all 5 sessions are attended consecutively.
