Deaf Plus Awareness Resource Fair

Join Harbor Regional Center for our FIRST Deaf Plus Awareness Resource Fair!

As we prepare to celebrate Deaf Awareness Month, we invite self-advocates, families, professionals, and community members to come together to learn more about Deaf Plus resources, connect with each other, and explore the services and supports available within the Harbor community.

This family-friendly event will feature:

• Resource booths and information on Deaf Plus services and supports
• Opportunities to connect and share experiences with other families and community members
• Food and fun snacks
• Visual signing performances and dance entertainment
• Face painting
• Fun, interactive activities for all ages

Whether you are new to the Deaf Plus community or have been part of it for years, we hope you’ll join us for an afternoon of learning, celebration, and connection. Together, let’s raise awareness, build community, celebrate, and honor the diverse experiences within our community.

ASL interpreters will be present! Interpretation for other languages is available upon request at least 5 business days prior to the event.

Admission is free, but registration is strongly encouraged. We can’t wait to see you!
