Supporting Communication through Person-Centered Thinking

Harbor Regional Center’s Community of Practice (CoP) is a safe and interactive space for individuals served, families, service providers, and staff to learn about person-centered practices.

During this interactive in-person session, participants will learn about:

• The Learning Log
• The Communication Chart
• Understanding behavior as a form of communication
• The importance of recording what we learn about those we support and sharing it with their circle of support.
