Yes. The State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) provides orientation in English and Spanish. SCDD also provides interpreters to meet other preferred language needs. Harbor Regional Center also offers orientations in English and Spanish. Harbor also provides language interpretation in any language if you inform Harbor of your preferred language at registration.
