The last day to register to vote for the November 5, 2024 General Election was October 21, 2024.
Eligible citizens who missed the October 21 registration deadline to vote may complete the “Same Day” voter registration process through Election Day on November 5, 2024, at the local county elections office or any in-person voting location within LA county.
Individuals served by Harbor Regional Center may request a voter registration form from your Service Coordinator, Intake Service Coordinator, or the Harbor Family Resource Centers. We can help you to mail the completed Voter Registration form to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s office.
Download a Voter Preference Form – Let us know whether or not you wish to register to vote. You can find the form in many languages on the Secretary of State’s website. Give your completed form to your service coordinator.

Voter Registration forms are available throughout Los Angeles County at most County buildings, city halls, fire stations, libraries, State Motor Vehicle Offices, and post offices.
You can register in person at your local election office or any CA Department of Motor Vehicles office.
