Inter-Regional Center Transfers
If you are a person served by Harbor Regional Center and are planning on moving out of the area, please contact your Harbor Regional Center service coordinator to request that your case be transferred.
If you no longer reside in the Harbor Regional Center service area and do not have an active case and would like your case transferred to your local regional center, you may submit your request via email.
If you are moving into Harbor Regional Center’s service area, with either an active or inactive case with another Regional Center, please contact your local Regional Center service coordinator to initiate the transfer process.
