2025-2026 Contract Awards

Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Community Resource Development Contract Awards

In Fiscal Year 2025-2026, Harbor Regional Center identified priorities for resource development. The Department of Developmental Services approved the 2025-2026 Community Placement Plan (CPP) and Community Resource Development Plan (CRDP) Funding for these services.

We are pleased to share that the following service providers were awarded these CPP/CRDP Grants.

Residential – ARF-L7 – (Behavioral) – Awarded to California Enhanced Behavioral Support Services (CEBSS)

The development of a customizable Level 7 Adult Residential Facility, with the ability to support individuals with behavioral needs.

Residential – ARF-L7 – (Mental Health) – Awarded to Person Centered Options

The development of a customizable Level 7 Adult Residential Facility, with the ability to support individuals with mental health needs.

Housing Access Services – Housemate Matching System – Awarded to Chance 4 Change

The expansion of an electronic roommate matching service, currently in use in Northern California, to serve individuals served by Regional Centers in Los Angeles County, with the intent of collaboration between neighboring Regional Centers.

Mental Health training for Service Providers – Awarded to IABA Research & Education Foundation

Training for service providers (SLS, Residential, Day Program) on how to support individuals with mental health needs. The development of curriculum, delivery of training for service providers as well as an online resource platform for the purpose of ensuring that Harbor’s Service Provider Community is equipped and well-resourced to support individuals with mental health needs.

Early Start Infant Development Program at Individuals’ Homes or Other Natural Environment – Awarded to Embrace Therapeutic Services

The development of a community-based Infant Development Program where the primary location of training occurs in the individual’s place of residence or natural environment. The service will be developed for infants and children between approximately 18 and 36 months of age who have been found eligible for early start services.
