Performance Contract

The Harbor Regional Center Performance Plan provides performance data from the last several years, measures our progress toward achieving various desired outcomes, and identifies what we will continue to do to achieve these outcomes for the people we serve. Every year, Harbor Regional Center strives to improve on various outcomes and develop performance objectives through a public process that was established through Welfare & Institutions Code section 4629(c)(1)(B).

This plan was adopted by the Board of Trustees on May 20, 2025, and approved by the Department of Developmental Services on July 16, 2025.
