What is the DSP Collaborative?

The Collaborative connects Direct Service Professionals, otherwise known as DSPs, with employment opportunities from participating regional centers and service providers in the entire county of Los Angeles.

Why is this Important for Service Providers?

DSPs assist hundreds of thousands of Californians with developmental disabilities in so many different ways. The Collaborative will help address workforce shortages through an inclusive and collective recruitment effort.

On September 23, 2025, the Los Angeles Regional Centers launched this project with a webinar. Missed it?
