African American Family Mental Health & Disability Awareness Workshop

Maternal Mental Health NOW has partnered with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health to provide a 90-minute community workshop on African American Family Mental Health & Disability Awareness. These workshops are for organizations and community members to deepen their understanding of the impact of disabilities on perinatal mental health among Black/African American populations in Los Angeles County and empower through storytelling, all while cultivating community connection.

This workshop is open to all Harbor community members, including staff. We will be offering light refreshments.
