2024-2025 Annual Report
End of Year Performance Reports from regional centers and the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) were changed from a calendar year to a fiscal year schedule. The following report reflects performance data from January 2024 through June 2025. Consequently, there may be some redundancy compared with the 2023 calendar year information from last year’s report.
Harbor Regional Center made substantial progress on our strategic goals that included gathering input from our community, implemented Universal Customer Service Standards, and launched a Community of Practice to reaffirm our Person Centered Philosophy.
