We are committed to listening to and receiving feedback from the individuals and families we serve. One of the ways we do that is through surveys, which is the primary measure we use to see if our work on the Strategic Plan positively impacts the individuals and families we serve.

This survey asks about your experiences, opinions, and satisfaction with Harbor Regional Center across several important areas:

  • Community and Delivery of Information
  • Customer Service
  • Person-Centered Service Planning
  • Diversity of Harbor’s Service Provider Community

FY 2024-2025

In April and May 2025, we sent out the second annual Individual and Family Experience and Satisfaction Survey to all the individuals and families we serve.  The survey covered four main areas:  Communication and Delivery of Information, Customer Service, Person-Centered Service Planning, and the Diversity of Harbor’s Provider Community.  We are so thankful to everyone who took the time to share their valuable feedback with us.
