Electronic Signature Option Now Available to HRC Families

Dear Harbor Regional Center (HRC) Clients and Families:

HRC is happy to announce that we now have the option to obtain electronic signatures through a system called “Seamless Docs”.  Seamless Docs is a secure system that is used by other agencies, including some regional centers.  Once forms are signed by all parties, a copy will be sent to you via email which you can save for your records.  We do understand that this system may not be ideal for all of our clients and families. Therefore, we will continue to make accommodations by mailing out forms, or dropping them off with the necessary health precautions in place.
