We serve over 19,000 people and their families, who reside in the South Bay, Harbor, Long Beach, and southeast areas of Los Angeles County.

Service Policy Reviews

Harbor Regional Center is in the process of conducting an extensive review of the policies and practices related to many of the services and supports we provide. We invite interested Harbor Regional Center clients, family members, and service providers to participate in these reviews. We expect that each service review will take place over the course of several months. Information will also be available in our Resource Centers in Torrance and Long Beach.
