Voter Registration Forms are available for HRC Clients at Harbor Regional Center

Harbor Regional Center clients may request a voter registration form from your HRC Service Coordinator, Intake Service Coordinator, or the HRC Resource and Assistive Technology Center. We can help you to mail the completed Voter Registration form to the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s office.

Request A Voter Registration Form By Phone

Residents may request that a Voter Registration form be mailed by calling the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk’s general information telephone numbers: (562) 466-1310 or (800) 481-VOTE, 24 hours a day.

Obtain A Voter Registration Form At Most Government Buildings

Voter Registration forms are available throughout Los Angeles County at most County buildings, city halls, fire stations, libraries, State Motor Vehicle Offices, Public Assistance Offices (DPSS, WIC), and post offices.

Voter Registration Requirements

As a Los Angeles County resident you may register to vote:

  • If you are a citizen of the United States
  • If you are at least 18 years of age (or will be by the date of the next election)
  • Are not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction
