Self Determination Program Orientation (English)

The Self Determination Program (SDP) provides flexibility on who provides services and how services are provided. This orientation is designed to help you to learn about this non-traditional service model and understand the process in order to participate in SDP.

Orientation sessions are scheduled monthly in English and Spanish.            

Orientations are held via Zoom.

If the individual is served by the Early Childhood or Children’s and Adolescent Departments, contact Tanya Aguilar at (310)792-4751.

If the individual is served by the Adult Department, contact Grace Paez at (310)792-4548.

Interpretation for other languages is also available if requested at least five (5) business days prior to the session and at the time of RSVP.
